Approval for adoption does not necessarily mean you are approved for the animal of your choice. We try to match each animal with it new owners based on a number of criteria (behavior, activity level, temperament, etc.) The Refuge Madawaska Shelter Inc. reserves the right to refuse any application if it feels it is not in the cat’s best interest.

Understand that falsified answers will lead to automatic refusal of this application! Your application will be processed 24-48 hours after we receive it.
